Heather Nash identified a need for individual trustee services when she was approached by an elderly friend to accept Enduring Power of Attorney. As events unfolded, this work entailed liaison with doctors and other health professionals, retirement villages, financial institutions and a stock broker.
At the same time, Heather was involved in voluntary work assisting and intellectually disabled lady in the Magistrates’ jurisdiction and in seeking support from social workers, medical advisors and home service providers.
These experiences highlighted a need within the Canberra region for provision of assistance that is tailored to individual needs in a way that might not be available from larger trustee organisations – and offered at competitive hourly rates.
All the good advice and unfailing support and friendship you've so generously given me over the past few years. What would I have done without you?
